Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by AM Sofa. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time for any reason, including:

  • Product availability issues
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, Klarna, Cash on Delivery, and other methods shown at checkout.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched (unless Cash on Delivery is selected).

Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • Colours are accurately represented (due to screen variations)
  • Dimensions are exact (minor variations may occur)
  • Images are always up to date

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • Custom orders may take longer to produce and deliver – we will provide a timeline before confirmation.
  • You will have the opportunity to review and approve your custom design before production begins.

Limitation of Liability

AM Sofa is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss or damage
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care of our products

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
