We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom mainland. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and other offshore locations may be available – please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes:

• Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 5-7 working days
• Custom Orders: 2-4 weeks (we'll contact you with a timeline)
• Pre-orders: Estimated delivery shown on product page

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where available.

For off‑mainland deliveries, additional charges may apply – we'll contact you before processing your order.

Please ensure you have cleared a safe path for the delivery team and have checked that the furniture will fit through doorways and stairways.
